Free delivery in mainland France
We offer free delivery for all orders placed in mainland France.
For international deliveries to the countries we serve, a flat fee of €4.99 is applied. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or additional charges that may occur when clearing customs.
Countries included in our international delivery service include Austria, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Canada.
For added security, you also have the option of choosing our secure delivery option, which includes a guarantee against breakage and theft. This option gives you significant peace of mind thanks to:
- Priority handling of your file by our after-sales service.
- A simplified claims process: after a quick investigation by our logistics team, a handwritten signed declaration of honour is sufficient to start the reimbursement process in the event of theft.
- In case of physical damage, we will ship you a replacement product at our expense. Depending on the type of product, we may also send you a return label to send the damaged item back to us.
How do I track my package?
When your package is sent, you will receive a confirmation by email and/or text message to ensure that you receive it.
Inside, you have the link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery, so as not to waste half a day for nothing.
Preparation and shipping time: 24 working hours
Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days in mainland France
International Delivery: 5-11 business days
Our number one goal is your satisfaction. We therefore do everything we can to deliver to you as soon as possible after dispatch (allow one to two working days for dispatch). During busy periods, it may take longer to dispatch your order.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?
If you are not there when the delivery is made, the carrier must normally leave a "notice of passage". This notice indicates when the carrier should return, or where the package was left.
Sometimes the carrier does not leave a delivery notice. We advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery via the parcel tracking number sent to you in the delivery tracking email and text message.
If your package is announced as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your caretaker or your neighbors to see if they have received it for you.

Having different storage locations in different countries and working with different suppliers, you may receive different packages depending on the items ordered.
