How long will it take to receive our order?
MeilleurPlaid.com works with manufacturers and artisans around the world to find the best products at prices that suit you.
So, all our orders are shipped to you from all over the world - most often from Asia or Europe. We guarantee real-time tracking to give you extra peace of mind.
We take between 1 to 2 business days to process your order.
On average, products will arrive between 5 to 7 working days after ordering in France.
For packages shipped internationally, delivery will take between 5 to 11 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, mainly to mainland France, Europe, Switzerland and Canada. If in doubt, please contact us directly.
Delivery is free in mainland France only.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Voglans , France . Our international warehouses are located mainly in France, Eastern Europe and Asia.
Can we track the progress of our order?
Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If this is not the case after 3 days, ask us via email at contact@meilleurplaid.com ?
Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear this and will make it right. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@meilleurplaid.com and we will send you a similar replacement item.

Our offices are located in France in Voglans, in Savoie.
I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We appreciate your patience. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need assistance tracking your package, please contact us by email at contact@meilleurplaid.com
Where are your products manufactured?
In order to offer you the best value for money, our products are mainly manufactured in Asia or Europe. We are currently working on offering you more products manufactured in Europe at a competitive price.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. We usually resend you an identical product if the product arrives damaged. If you would like a refund, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product . For more information, please read more about our refund policy.
What is your customer review policy?
Our reviews come either from our customers or from third-party platforms such as Amazon or Cdiscount for the same references.
We can therefore offer you reviews from customers who have purchased the same products.
If so, we import them impartially by selecting a sample (e.g. the last 50 reviews).
Some reviews being written in other languages may be translated for better understanding (in French).
Which carrier do you use to ship my package?
Depending on the product and the warehouse it will be in, we can ship with DHL, FedEx, Colissimo or Colis Privé mainly.
